We offer you our apartment in Cap Esterel. Capacity: 6 guests, 37 m². The apartment features an air-conditioned master bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a 160 cm sofa bed in the air-conditioned living room, and two bunk beds. Free outdoor parking is 200 m away. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a terrace heater are available if needed. The 15 m² terrace boasts an exceptional sea view, with lounge and dining areas. You have access to the residence’s pools, including one heated (open from Easter to All Saints’ Day). The apartment is fully renovated and equipped: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, wine fridge, oven, 4-burner induction hob, actifry, plancha, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, extractor hood, folding baby bed, iron, hairdryer, terrace awning with heater, and more. Comfort includes two bathrooms: one with toilet and shower, the other with bathtub. Golf lovers can enjoy a 9-hole course at Roches d’Azur. Padel and tennis courts are available in the residence. The Esterel and Corniche road are perfect for walking or cycling. Nearby coves will amaze you. There are five pools, including a heated one and a wave pool, plus a children’s play area.
